![]() ![]() There are others to mention but the show is mainly based on these three fighters who train at the same gym but have only one goal in common and come from different backgrounds with different personal issues. Daniel is a pretty boy who tragically lost his girlfriend and seems to find it difficult to move on from her death. Wes battles making weight before each fight as hedoesn't take dieting and training seriously enough. Wes has an on and off going relationship with long term girlfriend who is the mother of his son. Danger is only 21 but he is eventually given a lot of pressure/responsibility by his mentor to run the gym while the mentor will be spending some time in jail it's Danger who is the only one who that the mentor asked to run the business while he is away, causing Danger to focus on his own training including running the business and competing/training at his own responsibility which is a lot to take on at once. This is a great reality show for all martial arts enthusiasts. You will witness the hardships of how your personal life can effect their training and fighting. Ever hear of live and let live.every living creature has a right to their space here on this earth, not just you. This is about some youths trying to make a career as mixed martial artists. So you shot 82 squirrels in 4 years? What do you do, make a notch in your belt for each one killed? Seems to me you are the dangerous one here - sure wouldn't want to be your neighbor. I am sure I will get flamed for this story. I can't tell you what wonderful birds I get now with those tree rats under control and I don't have to worry about my dog getting into another tussle with one. I have since shot 82 Grey squirrels on my property in 4 years in part because they just plain ol suck and tore my deck apart when we first moved in. This most certainly puts a Bobcat into some serious perspective in terms of how fierce wild animals can be. My dog won the battle, but yelped a few times before I could get over there. Needless to say it was a scrap that I will never allow to happen again, squirrels are pretty fierce little critters. One winter he got into a tussle with a Grey Squirrel that wasn't able to make it over the 5 foot snow bank he tried to climb on his escape route. I have a Cairn Terrier who is obsessed with going to ground and all things Vermin. Should have tranquilized the animal but that would have required a bit more effort. But I was a coward (squirrel !!!) nevertheless and that officer is a (lazy) coward too. I didn't have a gun in my case and probably wouldn't have blasted the squirrel to smithereens if I had one. So I get that someone may be scared by a trapped bobcat. Have you ever seen squirrel claws close-up? Anyways, I gathered my courage and opened the trap with this bundle of energy ready to attack me and disfigure me. ![]() The animal that I did trap, unfortunately, was a squirrel, which was so hyper in it's agitated trapped state that I got serious fears of opening the trap myself. Unfortunately, the animal that I did want to catch was too clever to enter the trap but another one wasn't. Oh, you don't know this but I once tried to trap a wild animal with a trap just like the one used in this case. Perhaps, not in total but in part this is a live and learn lesson for the homeowners, and a policy needed by the City. It does seem that more investigation into the situaton is need though. If indeed the officer was trying to deliberately agitate the animal for the sole purpose of shooting it I can see where discipline is warranted. Claim: An image from the movie " Raising Arizona" featuring Nicolas Cage and Holly Hunter was once used on the cover of a Serbian biology textbook. At that time the bobcat became aggressive – inside the cage. The police officer was on the other side kicking the cage, yelling and stomping the ground. The ACO was on the left side of the trap with a syringe trying to sedate the bobcat. Smith went back inside with her husband and continued to watch from a window. Smith went outside to direct him to the bobcat and ACO. The stand-in ACO was trying to sedate the bobcat when a Murphy police officer arrived.
